2014 Books in Review and 2015 Book Resolutions

sparklerIn January we posted our Book Year Resolutions. While I will admit that I didn’t get around to picking up the book I resolved to read, I did read many other great books throughout 2014.

Some of the best books I read in 2014

365 Days of Wonder by R.J. Palacio

Black Ice by Becca Fitzpatrick

Every Day by David Levithan

Everybody Sees the Ants by A.S. King

Fortunately, the Milk by Neil Gaiman

How They Croaked by Georgia Bragg

A Monster Calls by Patrick Ness

Sorta Like a Rock Star by Matthew Quick

What I want to read in 2015 stack of books

I’m hoping to reread Unwind by Neal Shusterman and then tackle the rest of the series (Unwholly, Unsouled, Undivided). I also want to read We Were Liars by E. Lockhart, Glory O’Brien History of the Future and Ask the Passengers by A.S. King, and last but not least Paper Towns and Will Grayson, Will Grayson by John Green.

Sarah Dessen has a new book coming out in May, Saint Anything, and I’m waiting on pins and needles.

Jodi Picoult and Samantha Van Leer’s Off the Page also releases in May and will be the sequel to Between the Lines.
