Event Spaces & Meeting Rooms

Explore Our Facilities

Whether you’re looking to collaborate with a study group, hold an interview or business meeting, or even just find a quiet reading and work space, we have the rooms you need.

The Library offers three small study/meeting rooms available on both the main floor and 2nd floor. Individuals and groups may reserve these rooms, and others may use them whenever they’re unoccupied and available.

Our largest and primary event space, the Crawford Room, is located downstairs and can accommodate up to 180 people for all kinds of community programs.

Small Meeting Rooms
Quietly study, meet and read

We have 3 different small meeting/study rooms available for use. They are the perfect space to conduct business, meet with people in an enclosed space, or just quietly study and read.

Reservations are limited to a maximum of one current or pending reservation at a time, and can be booked up to 30 days in advance. A person may book up to 4 hours of study room time, with a maximum of 2 hours per day.

Small study room use must begin within 15 minutes of the reservation start time or the reservation may be forfeited. If the small study room is vacant for more than 15 minutes during the reservation period, the reservation may be forfeited.
