After School at the Library: Kente Cloth @ Crawford Room

The Natrona County Library is hosting a Kente cloth program for students in grades K-5 on Wednesday, March 20 at 4 p.m. Students will make beautiful brightly colored woven paper cloth with snappy geometric patterns known as kente cloth, an inspiration for modern African print clothing designs. Small Business Loan Programs @ Crawford Room

Come and learn about different ways to finance your small business dream on Wednesday, March 20 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Natrona County Library. Lender Relations Specialists from the Small Business Administration (SBA) will cover small home-based business loans to purchasing a new building. Discussion will include SBA small business loan programs and what banks need in order to process business loans such as credit, cash flow, and down payments. In addition, learn how to receive a micro-loan from the Wyoming Women’s Business Center and the small business loan programs available through WIDC Frontier CDC, including loan size, eligibility, and the application process. School’s Out Movie: “Ralph Breaks the Internet” @ Crawford Room

Children entering grades K-6 are invited to attend a special school’s out movie screening at the Natrona County Library on Wednesday, March 27 at 2 p.m. In this 2019 Oscar-nominated animated feature, video game bad guy Ralph and fellow misfit Vanellope von Schweetz must risk it all by traveling to the World Wide Web in search of a replacement part to save Vanellope’s video game, “Sugar Rush.” In way over their heads, Ralph and Vanellope rely on the citizens of the internet–the netizens–to help navigate their way, including an entrepreneur named Yesss, who is the head algorithm and the heart and soul of trend-making site BuzzzTube.
