Spring Vinyl Wood Sign @ Creation Station

The Natrona County Library is hosting an adult Creation Station program on Thursday, April 4 at 5 p.m. Participants will learn how to make their own spring-themed vinyl for a wood sign using the library’s Cricut Maker. The library’s Creation Station is a flexible, community, collaborative makerspace for individuals and small groups of all ages who can use STEAM-related (science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics) supplies and equipment to bring their inventions and creations to life. The Natrona County Library will offer an Instagram class on Friday, April 5 at 2 p.m. This class will cover how to take photos and film videos on your mobile device using the Instagram app, how to posts photos and videos to your story, and how to use hashtags, add filters, and edit images. Edible Bookfest @ Friends of the Library Area

Create an edible reference to your favorite book, and bring both your corresponding book and creation to display for the public to vote on in each category. FamilySearch Workshop: Hard-to-Find Sources @ Tech Center

Paws to Read: StoryTime with Therapy Dogs of Casper @ Crawford Room

Paws to Read with a furry friend! Dogs and handlers will attend StoryTime on the second Saturday of each month at 10:30 a.m. at the Natrona County Library. Children can sit with therapy dogs during StoryTime and spend time reading with them before and after the program. All dogs are certified and licensed through Therapy Dogs of Casper.

Afternoon Book Club @ Metro Coffee Co.

An afternoon book club, sponsored by the Natrona County Library, will be held on Saturday, April 13 at 2 p.m. at Metro Coffee Co. Participants will discuss “The City of Ember” by Jeanne DuPrau.
