Aromatherapy Rice Bags @ Creation Station

Sore muscles? Growing pains? Restless leg syndrome? Cramps? Headaches? Or maybe you just need to warm up a bit. No matter what your ailment or need, making your own aromatherapy rice bag on Monday, December 17 in the Natrona County Library’s Creation Station may just do the trick. Drop in anytime between 2 and 5 p.m., and library staff will show you how to make a scented rice bag, which does magical things, especially when it smells like Christmas (cough, cinnamon, cough). A must-have for any medicine cabinet, perfect for those aches and pains when microwaved, and sublime as a cold press when popped in the freezer. All supplies provided at no cost.
