Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis through Adult Services at (307) 577-7323 x2 or the online form below. Please note that all meetings must be free and open to the public, and no solicitation of funds can occur on library premises.
The Crawford Room may be booked during the library’s regular business hours.
The Crawford Room occupant load is 180 with no chairs/tables and 115 with chairs only.
There is no hourly fee for non-profit organizations. A $10 per hour rental fee will be assessed for for-profit organizations.
The Checkout Desk on the first floor of the Library will provide access to the Crawford Room.

The reserving party is responsible for providing their own laptop or mobile device as well as their own HDMI adapter or VGA and AUX cable to connect their laptop or mobile device to the Library’s entertainment system. If showing a film, the reserving party is responsible for obtaining public performance rights (PPR), which is a license that allows a film to be shown publicly. If the reserving party needs assistance with the setup of the entertainment system, please let the Adult Services department know in advance.
Free wireless Internet access is available throughout the Library. Choose the wireless network called NCPL Public.
FOOD & BEVERAGES
The reserving party may bring in equipment for coffee, tea, etc. Simple refreshments and catered meals, which are not to be cooked on-premises, are allowed. Open flame devices used to keep food warm (including but not limited to Sterno tins and votive candles) are strictly prohibited. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the premises, nor is smoking permitted in any part of the Library. The reserving party is responsible for arranging catering.
A $75 cleaning and use deposit is required if food or beverages will be served.
