Book Review: The Tenth Circle by Jodi Picoult

Trixie Stone is fourteen.  Her father, Daniel, is a comic book artist with a hidden past that is very different from the seemingly calm and normal life he is living now.  Her mother teaches at a college, yet her appearance of a normal life proves to have deep dark secrets as well.  In a family that is quickly being torn apart at the seams, her parents do not suspect that the boyfriend Trixie thought she was in love with might be the one who causes their lives to be turned upside down.  Trixie gets herself into a mess as she secretly does things that her parents would not approve of behind their backs.  The question is, what will this family do for the ones they love?

I picked up this book because my Mom lent it to me.

I finished it because I thought it was compelling.  It was also somewhat different then the other books I have read of Jodi Picoult’s, which was nice.

I would recommend this to anyone who loves their family and a good book about crime and suspense.

I give this book a 5***** rating. (It was Amazing!)
