- Central Wyoming Counseling
CWCC's comprehensive group of programs include Outpatient Mental Health and Substance Abuse Program, Natrona County School District Program, Comprehensive Substance Abuse Center, Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program, Therapeutic Family Care, New Horizons, and New Directions.

- Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Casper College
OLLI at Casper College is a new program created for adults age 50+ who wish to continue learning and exploring for the sheer joy of it.

- Natrona County Public Library
Provides Books By Mail service, free of charge, to Natrona County residents who cannot visit the library system’s branches or the bookmobile due to a temporary or long-term physical or medical disability – and their caregivers. Large print books, assistive technology and professional research assistance also available.

- Central Wyoming Senior Center
A full service senior center that provides a comprehensive array of services for senior citizens, including social and recreational events, meals, health clinics and public education, home health services and the Senior Companion Program .

- Central Wyoming RSVP
The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) provides opportunities for people 55 and over to make a difference in their community through volunteer service. RSVP volunteers contribute anywhere from a few to over forty hours per week, serving through schools, day care centers, police departments, hospitals and other nonprofit and public organizations to help meet critical community needs.

- Wyoming Independent Living Rehabilitation
WILR educates and empowers Wyoming Citizens with disabilities by providing the necessary tools to live with independence and dignity. Offers programs ranging from Independent Living, Visually Impaired Services for the Older Blind, Consumer Directed Care, Nursing Home Transition, Transportation Check Program and others.

- Meals on Wheels
Provides nutrition services (home delivered meals), social worker assessments, and referral for other services.

- Centrum for Disability
Wyoming Work Incentive Planning Assistance SErvices (WyWIPAS) providing Social Security Beneficiaries information and support in returning to work. Assistive Technology (AT) assessments by RESNA Credentialed Assistive Technology Practitioners, Assistive Technology Equipment providers for the Wyoming ABI Waver, DD Waver, Children's Waver, and the Wyoming Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR).

- Alzheimer's Wyoming
Helps Wyoming families understand and manage the effects of Alzheimer's Disease and other dementias. Funds medication and adult day care for those who could not otherwise receive these services. Advocates for services for Alzheimer's patients and their families. Provides educational programs for family members, care-givers, and health-care providers.

- Community Based In-Home Services
The Community Based In-Home program (CBIHS) is used to provide services to those qualified individuals who are at risk of premature institutionalization. These services are designed to keep people in the least restrictive environment for as long as possible.

Natrona County and Glenrock's only community supported non-profit hospice devoted solely to end-of-life care. We offer outpatient care, inpatient care, as well as bereavement counseling to patients and their families. Our philosophy is to provide life to a patient's days when we cannot add days to their life. It is our goal to impact the community in a most positive way through a team approach with the best care and compassion possible.

A private, nonprofit organization whose purpose is to meet the needs of Wyoming's older residents and help them maintain their independence. Includes Medicare Patrol, employment information, long term care ombudsman.
