The Government Information Section of the Natrona County Public Library provides information about federal, state and local government. Our particular strength is in geology materials. Most of these materials are available for check-out, and many documents can be accessed directly through the library's catalog terminals.

As a selective depository in the Federal Depository Library Program, NCPL currently receives about 1 percent of the publications produced by the U.S. government, and we offer free interlibrary loans for government materials not in our collection. Through this page we also offer quick, convenient access to Wyoming and U.S. government web sites.

On the state and local level, the section includes a complete collection of Wyoming Session Laws, current Wyoming Statutes, and some state and county documents. We also have the current Casper Municipal Code, Casper City budget, and information about the Central Wyoming Regional Water System.
