There are both short and long-term projects that can fit your schedule and we provide orientation and training to get you started. Some of our volunteers come in regularly while others are part of an “on-call” list for special needs that arise.

Some of the areas where we need help are:

• Adopt-a-Shelf – Choose a section that interests you and keep it neat.
• Asset Stewards – Help keep our assets clean. Dust shelves, tidy the public areas, wash the bookmobile, or work with the plants or gardens.
• Staff Aide – Assist the staff with routine tasks as well as mass mailings and copying.
• Media TLC – mending and cleaning of library materials.
• Distribution – deliver public relations materials within the community, put up posters, distribute flyers, etc.
• Bulletin Board Designer – plan around a monthly theme.

We have places for people of all ages, interests, and talents. We will work with you to make this a worthwhile use of your precious volunteer time!
