The upcoming total solar eclipse will be the topic of a talk by Rod Kennedy, Casper Planetarium Educator. As part of the Natrona County Library and Casper Planetarium’s Eclipse Lecture Series, the talk, titled “Eclipse 101,” will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 25 in the library’s Crawford Room. The lecture is open to the public and free of charge. Kennedy will discuss what causes eclipses, how to view them safely, and the factors that help predict them.
