A teen book discussion, sponsored by the Natrona County Library, will be held on Tuesday, February 28 at 6:30 p.m. at Metro Coffee Co. This month’s novel is “Before I Fall” by Lauren Oliver. The group is open to teens in grades 9-12. Participants receive a free drink at Metro, courtesy of the Friends of the Library. To participate, pick up a copy of “Before I Fall” in the Library’s Teen Zone. The Teen Book Club meets the last Tuesday of every month and new members are always welcome. Volunteer Fair @ Crawford Room

Volunteering is a great way to gain experience and feel like a part of the community. Not sure where to start? ServeWyoming and the Natrona County Library would like to invite you—citizens of all ages, experiences, and inspirations—to participate in the Natrona County Volunteer Fair, scheduled for Saturday, March 11 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Natrona County Library’s Crawford Room. You’ll have the chance to talk with representatives from a variety of Casper area organizations, providing numerous opportunities to get more involved. Enjoy drawings for local prizes and light snacks while you find out more about volunteering in your community. You could even win a $50 FireRock gift card! Your opportunity to get involved and make a difference awaits at the Natrona County Volunteer Fair, Saturday, March 11. Virtual Reality Demo @ Crawford Room

Don’t miss the chance to immerse yourself in an entirely new world when the Library hosts a virtual reality demo on Tuesday, March 14 from 5 to 8 p.m. Choose from over 40 of the best virtual reality games and apps while being taken through a guided experience with the HTC Vive. Free and open to the public. Gameplay will last for approximately 7 minutes per player. Tickets will be handed out at the beginning of the event, available on a first-come, first-served basis to the first 25 attendees. The HTC Vice is provided by the Natrona County Library Foundation. Never Too Old Book Club: All the Bright Places @ Metro Coffee Co.

Eclipse Lecture Series: Eclipse 101 @ Crawford Room

Family LEGO Club @ Crawford Room

The Natrona County Library’s Family LEGO Club will meet on Saturday, March 18 at 1 p.m. Family LEGO Club is a great way to have fun, relax, and spend time together, making this the perfect family activity. The Library will supply a large amount of LEGOs and ideas of what can be created. Family LEGO Club is held the third Saturday of every month. Family Crafternoon: CD Art @ Crawford Room

The Natrona County Library will host a family crafting program on Saturday, March 25 from 1 to 3 p.m. Participants will turn acrylic painted CDs into works of art by outlining designs, and then scratching onto the design, removing the paint and exposing the shiny, colorful surface.
