Students in grades 4-6 will have the chance to spread art and literacy through Little Free Libraries on Monday, April 23 at 4 p.m. at the Natrona County Library. Tweens will paint and decorate two newspaper dispensers which will be filled with free books and then placed in the community. All supplies provided at no cost.
