|Citizen-Led Task Force
The citizen-led task force consists of 30 people, representing a variety of perspectives, from all sectors of the county. The purpose is to consider the library’s growing space needs, a proposal for a new library, and funding methods that might be used to construct a new facility.
After thorough review, the committee will recommend to the Library Board of Trustees whether or not they should pursue a ballot measure to fund a new library building at the 2012 general election, and what that measure should include. Citizens may provide input to Task Force members in person or at any of the following public meetings.
