This class covers the basic uses of the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser to “surf” the World Wide Web. Students will learn to use search engines to find information on the Internet, address bar, button bar, URL’s, hypertext links, domains, and more. Instruction will also be provided on using the library’s web-based catalog system.
(Pre-requisite: Students must be familiar with basic personal computer use and know how to use a mouse.)
