Technology Specialist –
Full time benefited position. Evenings and weekends required. Serves as NCPL’s consumer technology expert. Provides on-demand technology support, trains the public, troubleshoots and provides NCPL patrons with guidance to use technology-driven equipment. Uses problem-solving and people skills to provide swift resolutions to help patrons resolve issues. Must have superior customer service, technology and computer skills
Associate’s Degree and customer service/retail experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.Applications accepted through November 10, 2014. Minimum salary $28,455.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background check.
